A tenancy agreement template is a settlement document between the owner of a certain property and the person who wants temporary proprietorship over that property. The property owner benefits from this exchange by receiving money in the form of rent every month or whatever time period is specified in the agreement. A tenancy agreement acts as a legal document that is signed by both the property owner and the tenant to seal the deal. Once it is signed, it means that both the parties have verbally as well as penned that they both agree to the terms and conditions stated in the agreement. Denying or turning down any of those terms and conditions later on can result in an act of felony and the tenant or property owner can be held accountable on the basis of this agreement.
