A sublet agreement template is basically an agreement provided by a tenant to a sub-tenant and it allows them to live on the same property owned by a single property owner. 7. In case of any damage to the property, who will pay for the repair or the maintenance of the property? Usually, the tenant and sub-tenants mutually agree to pay their part in the maintenance if the landlord has already specified that they are not responsible for it.
