4. The planner should include a table which should incorporate empty space for the expense, the amount spent on it, method of payment, subtotal and overall total.
The expense planner template is then printed out and kept somewhere it can be easily accessible. When listing down the expenses, it is also considered an effective technique to attach receipts of each expense along with the document. This can be very helpful in case of any misunderstanding about the amount of money listed in the planner. They also act as a legal proof of all the expense made by the person.
