Child Support Agreement Template

A child support agreement template is a document signed between two parents in which they agree on certain terms about their child/children. These terms could include the management of all of their expenses, such as medical expenses, educational expenses, and daily expenses. The agreement decides which parents are responsible for a parent’s expenses. This also includes deciding certain parameters about the child’s whereabouts, such as where will the child/children live, who will be responsible for the transportation of the child/children to and from school. This helps both parents realize their respective responsibilities which are applied to them by the law. This means that if any of the parents does not fulfill any of their responsibility properly, they will be charged by the law. The parent can even be taken to court to justify their actions.
